Insulated Files Features
- Insulated.Sentry's hydrated, chemically dry insulation provides structural strength with less weight than other insulated files.
- Inner steel jacket. An inner jacket on Sentry file drawers keeps insulation out of sight and out of file folders. Also prevents entry into a locked drawer from an unlocked compartment.
- Key-operated plunger lock system.Allows any number of drawers to be locked by depressing one plunger.
- Completely insulated drawers.Makes drawers independently fire resistant, halting fire spread throughout a file where a drawer has been accidentally left open.
- Rugged suspension system.Drawers roll freely, even when fully loaded. Lateral files have a stabilizer mechanism to prevent side sway.
- Recessed handle and card holder. As attractive as it is functional. Finger tip pull releases latch and opens drawer in a single motion. The label can be seen with stooping, even on lower drawers.
- Baked enamel finish.Painted in a dust free environment, then oven baked. The finish is both durable and attractive, like the quality of a fine automobile finish.
- Double slotted legal drawers.Provides flexibility by allowing consumer to easily hang letter size folders in a legal size drawer.
- ADDITIONAL MANUFACTURER'S CERTIFICATION.After a series of rigorous one and a half hour fire tests at 1700 degrees F and higher, Sentry is now pleased to announce that all Sentry insulated files will carry the following certification in addition to the traditional U.L. label:
